Thank you for shopping with Shades Studio. Each of our Cream (Decoden) items and phone cases is handmade with care, making every piece unique. Because of the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or full refunds.

  1. Refunds & Replacements

  • We only offer partial refunds or replacements in specific cases, such as:

    • The item arrives damaged during shipping.

    • The wrong item was sent.

  • To request a review for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

  1. Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging when reporting an issue.

  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless damaged upon arrival.

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind or slight variations in color, texture, or layout — these are part of the charm of handmade products.

  1. Partial Refunds

  • If approved, partial refunds are based on the extent of the issue and will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
